1. Orders

Orders are confirmed once payment is captured (for online) or placed (for COD). We may cancel and refund an order if we cannot fulfil it, for example, a product becomes unavailable or a delivery address is unserviceable.

2. Pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

3. Customisation

Customised products (engravings, bespoke sizes, personal inscriptions) are made to order and are not eligible for return unless defective.

4. Promotions

Coupons have usage limits; misuse may result in cancellation.

5. Intellectual property

All imagery, text, and designs belong to Beadsyde. Please don't reuse without permission.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Delhi.
