Shipping Policy

1. Where we ship

We currently ship across India via Shiprocket and its courier partners.

2. Delivery timelines

• Ready-to-ship pieces: dispatched within 1-2 business days.
• Customised pieces: dispatched within 4-7 business days.
• Metro cities: typically 2-4 business days in transit.
• Other locations: 4-8 business days in transit.

3. Shipping charges

Flat shipping fee of ₹60 applies to orders under ₹999. Orders of ₹999 and above ship free.

4. Cash on Delivery

COD is available for eligible pincodes. Some pincodes may be restricted based on courier serviceability.

5. Tracking

Once shipped, you'll receive an email and WhatsApp message with your AWB number and tracking link. You can also view this in your account under Orders.

6. Delays

Occasionally, weather, festivals, or courier issues can delay delivery. If your order doesn't arrive by the promised date, write to hello@beadsyde.com and we'll look into it.
