Returns & Refunds

1. Return window
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery for most non-customised pieces. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags intact.
2. Non-returnable items
- Customised / engraved / bespoke pieces.
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons), unless defective.
- Items marked final sale.
3. How to request a return
- Go to Account → Orders and select the order.
- Click "Request return" and pick a reason.
- We'll arrange a reverse pickup (subject to pincode serviceability).
4. Refund timelines
- Refunds are initiated once we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Online payments: refund reflects within 5-7 business days on your source account.
- COD orders: refunded to your bank account within 5-7 business days.
5. Damaged or wrong item
If you received a damaged or wrong item, email hello@beadsyde.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll replace or refund at no extra cost.
